原油储罐外防腐施工质量控制探讨

摘要
随着我国炼化企业工业生产规模的不断扩大,原油储罐的容量也在不断增加,最大的储罐容量甚至达到了15万m~3。原油储罐是国家原油储备和炼化企业安全生产的基础,因此,其安全性以及稳定性显得非常重要。而原油储罐罐体发生严重腐蚀情况是威胁储罐安全运行的主要因素。本文主要对原油储罐罐体腐蚀机理进行了分析,并对的储罐防腐施工质量控制进行了探讨。
With the continuous expansion of the industrial production scale of China's re?ning and chemical enterprises, the capacity of crude oil storage tanks is also increasing, and the largest storage tank capacity has even reached 150,000 cubic meters. Crude oil storage tanks are the basis for the safe production of national crude oil reserves and re?ning and chemical enterprises. Therefore, its safety and stability are very important. The serious corrosion of crude oil storage tanks is a major factor threatening the safe operation of storage tanks. In this paper, the corrosion mechanism of crude oil storage tanks is analyzed, and the quality control of storage tank anti-corrosion construction is discussed.
