浅析公路施工工程管理的重要性

摘要
公路工程在施工过程中,有着项目多、周期长、投资大等特征,因此必须要通过工程管理措施来对其进行全面的管控。本文通过对公路施工工程管理的要点进行分析,提出完善工程管理的措施,以确保公路工程的建设可以按照设计方案要求顺利地进行,进而提升公路的施工效益。
The construction of highway engineering has the characteristics of multiple projects, long period and large investment. Therefore,it is necessary to control the construction of highway engineering through engineering management measures. This paper analyzes the key points of highway construction project management and puts forward the measures to improve the project management so as to ensure that the construction of highway engineering can proceed smoothly according to the requirements of the design scheme and improve the efficiency of highway construction.
