摘要
依据上海第一八佰伴商城不停业改造施工的成功案例,阐述了大型商业综合体在不停业升级改造施工中管理的特点以及应用EPC管理的必要性。通过工程的实际运用,形成了在既有大型商场不停业改造施工中运用EPC管理的整套经验,对今后类似商场不停业改造施工具有较强的参考价值。
According to the successful case of the upgrading construction of Shanghai No.1 Yaohan Shopping Mall in operation, this paper illustrates the management characteristics of upgrading large-scale commercial complex in operation and the necessity of EPCmanagement. Through the practical application of the project, a complete set of experience of EPC management in the construction of existing large-scale shopping malls has been developed, which has a remarkable reference value for the upgrading construction of similar shopping malls in operation in the future.
