临床护理管理中分层管理的实施及价值评析

摘要
目的分析和研究临床护理管理中分层管理的实施与效果评价。方法将我院护理人员241名作为本次研究对象。按护理管理方法不同,将其分为两个时期,即分层管理实施前(2014年5月—2015年5月)与分层管理实施后(2015年6月—2016年6月),对分层管理实施前、后护理管理效果进行对比。结果分层管理实施前、后护理质量评分相比较:分层管理实施后护理质量各项评分值均优于分层管理实施前(P<0.05)。结论将分层管理措施应用于护理管理中,其能够合理分配护理资源,有效调动护理人员工作积极性,值得应用。
Objective To analyze and study the implementation and effect evaluation of stratification management in clinical nursing management. Methods 241 nurses in our hospital were selected as the subjects in this study. According to the different methods of nursing management, which can be divided into two periods, namely, before the implementation of hierarchical management(from May 2014 to May 2015) and the implementation of the hierarchical management(from June 2015 to June 2016), to compare the effect of nursing management before and after the implementation of hierarchical management. Results Before and after the implementation of stratified management, the scores of nursing quality were compared. The scores of nursing quality after stratified management were better than those before stratified management(P < 0.05). Conclusion It is worthwhile to apply the management measures of the management to the nursing management.
