高校本科教学督导体系的探索与实践

摘要
本科教学督导工作是高校建立内部教学质量保障体系的重要环节,其队伍建设和工作成效直接影响到质量保障体系运行的有效度。中南大学高度重视教学督导工作,通过建立健全督导制度、创新工作机制、优化督导队伍、拓展工作职能,探索构建了以质量提升为目的的本科教学督导闭环体系,为保障教学正常运行、改进教学质量和教学管理、提升人才培养质量发挥了重要的作用。
Undergraduate teaching supervision is very important in establishment of teaching internal quality guarantee system. Availability is affected directly by its staff construction and work effect. Central South University pays much attention to the teaching supervision work that is carried through the whole system.Based on the establishment of a sound supervision system,optimization of the supervision team,innovation of working mechanism and expanding of the work domains,the closed-loop undergraduate teaching supervision system has been established,aiming to the continuous improvement of teaching quality. The whole supervision system plays an important role in ensuring the teaching operation,improving the teaching quality and management,and promoting the quality of personnel cultivation.
