摘要
注重学生学习效果,保障高等教育质量以提升人才培养已成为各国共同关心的重要问题。该文以美国高校学生学习效果评估模式为借鉴,围绕以学生为评估主体,注重学生能力的提高;建立多元化的评估方式,强调评估的科学性;注重数据积累与更新,实现评估的持续性三方面的努力,以期推进我国高等教育改革,保证高等教育质量,实现人才的培养。
Attaching importance to students' learning effect and ensuring the quality of higher education in order to improve personnel training has become an important issue of common concern of all countries. This paper takes the evaluation model of American college students' learning effect as a reference, focusing on students as the main body of evaluation, focusing on the improvement of students' abilities, establishing diversified evaluation methods, emphasizing the scientific of evaluation, focusing on data accumulation and update, and realizing the sustainability of evaluation,with a view to promoting the reform of higher education in China, ensuring the quality of higher education and realizing the cultivation of talents.
