摘要
"中国制造2025"为职业教育带来了新的发展契机和挑战,应用技术大学作为高等职业教育的重要组成部分,担负着我国高端制造业发展需要的人才培养的艰巨任务。应用技术大学应以"中国制造2025"高端发展对人才的需求为导向,认真分析人才培养的优势和困难,研究和实践"中国制造2025"背景下提升复合性高技能人才培养的针对性和时效性,倡导和发扬"中国制造2025"所需要的工匠精神,构建和创新高等职业教育人才培养模式,为"中国制造2025"战略实施提供人才支撑。
        "Made in China 2025" has brought new opportunities and challenges to vocational education.As an important part of higher vocational education,the University of Applied Technology is responsible for the arduous task of training talents needed for the development of high-end manufacturing industries in China.The University of Applied Technology should be guided by the demand for talents in the high-end development of "Made in China 2025",carefully analyze the advantages and difficulties of talent training,and study and practice the pertinence and timeliness of enhancing the training of highly skilled talents with compound characteristics in the context of "Made in China 2025",advocate and carry forward the artisan spirit needed for "Made in China 2025",build and innovate a training model for talents in higher vocational education,and provide personnel support for the implementation of the "Made in China2025" strategy.
