“一带一路”建设背景下青岛外向型经济发展研究

摘要
青岛是新亚欧大陆桥经济走廊主要节点城市,在"一带一路"建设背景下,青岛的进出口贸易、投资和旅游文化发展都呈现整体上升趋势。但是,城乡统筹、陆海统筹、铁路公路水路统筹不够,产业布局和结构不合理,基础设施建设滞后等因素,制约着青岛外向型经济质量的提高。只有充分利用"一带一路"建设带来的机遇,加强青岛对外交通运输网络立体化建设,大力拓展对外投资规模,保障对外投资人员安全,鼓励企业到"一带一路"合作国家开展对外投资和对外贸易,积极推进产业创新升级,才能推动青岛外向型经济高质量发展,为将青岛建成山东省和半岛地区对外开放的龙头城市及现代化国际大都市奠定坚实基础。
Qingdao is an important hub city along the new Eurasian land bridge economic corridor. Under the background of "One Belt and One Road" construction, the import and export trade, investment, tourism culture development of Qingdao all show an overall upward trend. However, the overall planning of urban and rural areas, land and sea, railways, highways and waterways are not enough, the industrial layout and structure are unreasonable, the infrastructure construction lags behind which restrict the improvement of the quality of Qingdao's export-oriented economy. Only by making full use of the opportunity brought about by "One Belt and One Road" construction, strengthening the three-dimensional construction of Qingdao's external transportation network, vigorously developing the scale of foreign investment, ensuring the safety of foreign investors, encouraging enterprises to make overseas investment and trade in countries with cooperation of "One Belt and One Road", and actively promoting the industrial innovation and upgrading, can we promote the high-quality development of Qingdao's export-oriented economy, and lay a solid foundation for building Qingdao into a leading city in Shandong province and a modern international metropolis in the region of Shandong peninsula.
