论应用型本科高校的人才培养规格

摘要
培养目标是人才培养的根本依据,是高校培养人才的价值导向和具体要求。培养规格是培养目标的细化和具体化,是根据培养目标的总体要求,结合专业实际设定的具体的培养目标。应用型本科高校建设,需要充分认识应用型人才培养的共性与特性,明确学校办学定位和应用型人才培养的目标定位,树立需求导向的应用型人才培养方向,准确把握应用型人才培养规格。
The training goal of talents is the fundamental ground of talent cultivation, and it is also the value orientation and specific requirement of higher education. Cultivation standard is the refinement and specification of the goal as well as the overall requirement of it,and hence the training goal set according to relevant majors. In the course of the construction of application-oriented undergraduate universities, the common and unique qualities must be fully realized, and the orientation of running the university and talent training must be made clearly. Besides, the demand-oriented training goal of talents should be set well and the application-oriented cultivation standard should be kept accurately.
