摘要
国内对于指向式旋转导向工具造斜能力的研究较少,如果不了解指向式旋转导向工具造斜性能的影响因素,施工中就不能充分发挥其轨迹控制能力。根据底部钻具组合纵横弯曲法,分别建立了工具外筒及心轴纵横弯曲连续梁模型,并根据导向原理,建立了井斜趋势角分析模型,在此基础上分析了BHA结构参数、钻压、钻头各向异性和岩石可钻性对工具造斜能力的影响规律。分析结果表明,心轴第一跨和第二跨长度、偏置机构位置及偏置力大小对指向式旋转导向工具的造斜能力影响较大;指向式旋转导向工具的造斜能力不易受地层环境的影响,相对于推靠式工具更加稳定,适用范围更广。
        There is little research on the deflection capability of point-the-bit rotary steering tool,however,if the factors affecting the deflecting ability of this tool were not known,its performance in trajectory control cannot be fully displayed.Based on the vertical and horizontal bending of BHA,the continuous-beam mechanics models for the outer cylinder and the mandrel are established respectively. And according to the results of BHA mechanics analysis,the inclination trend analysis model is also established. Then the influence of BHA parameters,WOB,drill bit anisotropy and rock drillability on the tool deflection capability is analyzed. The analysis results show that the lengths of the first and the second span of the mandrel,the position of bias unit,and the magnitude of bias force have greater influence on the tool's deflecting capability. The deflecting capability of point-the-bit rotary steering tool is not easily affected by the formation environment,it is more stable than the push-the-bit rotary steering tool. Therefore,it will have more applications.
