柔性短节对推靠式旋转导向底部钻具组合造斜能力的影响分析

摘要
推靠式旋转导向底部钻具组合(RSBHA)中普遍带有柔性短节结构。为准确认识柔性短节对推靠式RSBHA造斜特性的影响,进而优化柔性短节以提高推靠式RSBHA造斜能力,文章通过建立推靠式RSBHA纵横弯曲梁力学分析模型,考虑钻头的切削各项异性,给出了RSBHA造斜率预测方法,分析了柔性短节位置及长度对于推靠式旋转导向双稳定器BHA造斜能力的影响规律。结果表明,相较于无柔性短节的RSBHA,柔性短节置于下稳定器之后可以提高RSBHA的造斜能力,距下稳定器位置越近,RSBHA造斜能力越强;稳定器间距不变时,随柔性短节长度增加,RSBHA造斜能力先增加后有所降低,存在一个最优柔性短节长度使造斜能力达到最大;随着两稳定器间距的扩大,最优柔性短节长度随之增加,并与两稳定器间距呈线性变化关系;而最优柔性短节长度在不同钻压、翼肋导向力条件下保持不变。
        A special flex sub is commonly used in pushthe-bit rotary steerable bottom hole assembly( RSBHA). In order to understand the effects of the flex sub on the build-up of push-the-bit RSBHA so as to optimize the flexible sub for better build-up performance of RSBHA,continuous beam theory was used to build the mechanical model of RSBHA. Considering the anisotropic bit cutting,the build-up rate prediction model was established,and the effects of flex sub's location and length on double-stabilizer push-the-bit RSBHA's build-up performance were analyzed The results show that,compared with the RSBHA without flex sub,the flex sub can improve the RSBHA's build-up when placed behind the lower stabilizer. The closer to the lower stabilizer,the more the RSBHA builds up. With the increase of flex sub length,the RSBHA's build-up is firstly increased and then decreased when distance between the two stabilizers remains the same. There exists an optimal flex sub length which can make the RSBHA reach the maximum build-up capacity. With the increase in the distance between the two stabilizers,the optimal flex sub length also gets increased linearly with the distance between the two stabilizers. The optimal flex sub length remains unchanged under different WOB and rib steering forces.
