摘要
目的研究桑色素滴眼液对雄兔去势所致干眼症的预防作用。方法在36只雄性新西兰白兔中(36眼,均为右眼),选取24只制作去势雄兔干眼症模型,随机分为实验(A)组、对照(B)组各12眼,A组使用桑色素滴眼液滴眼,B组使用磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)滴眼。连续滴眼6 w,4次/d。另12只雄兔只切开阴囊去除睾丸造模后不滴眼液,作为模型组。分别于干预前和干预后2 w、4 w及6 w进行Schirmer I试验(SIT)检查、角膜荧光素染色(FL),并进行泪液总蛋白含量、淀粉酶活性、乳铁蛋白、溶菌酶含量检测及角膜共聚焦显微镜扫描。结果干预前A、B两组SIT、FL评分、泪液总蛋白量、乳铁蛋白、溶菌酶及淀粉酶活性差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预2 w、4 w及6 w后,模型组和B组SIT、FL评分泪液蛋白检测和角膜上皮基底膜下神经分布较干预前明显恶化(P<0.05);A组SIT、FL评分、泪液蛋白检测和角膜上皮基底膜下神经分布均有不同程度显著改善(P<0.05);在每个干预的时间点上,A、B两组的SIT、FL评分、泪液总蛋白量、乳铁蛋白、溶菌酶及淀粉酶活性均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。干预6 w后,A组上皮基底细胞和炎症细胞密度分别为(3 121±224)个/mm~2和(43±16)个/mm~2,而B组上皮基底细胞和炎症细胞密度分别为(4 321±216)个/mm~2和(265±102)个/mm~2,模型组上皮基底细胞和炎症细胞密度分别为(4 522±255)个/mm~2和(281±113)个/mm~2。与模型组和B组比较,A组上皮基底细胞和炎症细胞密度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预防性使用桑色素滴眼液能够有效改善雄激素水平降低所致兔干眼症。
        Objective To investigate the efficiency of Mulberry eye drops on xerophthalmia in castrated rabbit model.Methods Totally 36 rabbits(36 right eyes) with castrated dry eye model were studied.24 rabbits were randomly divided into Mulberry eye drops group(group A, 12 eyes) and control group(group B, 12 eyes). As the positive control group, another 12 rabbits were treated with nothing. Group A was prophylactically treated with Mulberry eye drops, meanwhile group B was treated with PBS. All the groups were treated(except positive control group) continuously for 6 weeks,4 times a day. Before prophylactically treatment and 1, 2, 4,6 weeks after treatment, Schirmer I tests(SIT),corneal fluorescein(FL), tear total protein content, amylase activity, lactoferrin and lysozyme contents and confocal scanning microscopy in two groups were tested.Results There were no significant differences in SIT,FL scores,total proteins, lysozyme,lactoferrin contents and amylase activity between two groups before treatment(all P>0.05).SIT, FL scores, total proteins, lysozyme, lactoferrin contents and amylase activity in group B were worsen after treatment(P<0.05); in group A, there were statistical differences after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in above all indexes after treatment between two groups(P<0.05).At 6 weeks after treatment, the mean number of corneal basal cells and inflammatory cells in group A were( 3 121± 224)/mm and(43 ±16)/mm,respectively,which in group B were( 4 321 ± 216)/mm and(265±102)/mm,there were statistical differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Mulberry eye drops could remarkably prevent the dry eye induced by decreased androgen.
