广西电网无功电压存在问题与对策

摘要
广西电网220 kV及以下电网感性无功补偿配备不足,近年来受负荷增速放缓、负荷特性变化以及非统调小水电无功出力难于控制等因素影响,局部地区电网无功过剩、电压过高的问题日益突出。从负荷特性、电网结构、无功资源、设备运行等方面分析了广西局部电网无功过剩、电压过高的原因,提出配置220 kV变电站低压电抗器、合理调配220 kV及以下电网电容器配置比例、应用动态无功补偿等措施,有效改善了广西电网无功电压问题。
        The reactive power compensations are insufficient in 220 kV and below power grid in Guangxi power grid. Influenced by factors including slowing load growth, changing of load characteristic and difficult controlling of reactive output of uncontrolled small hydropower, problems such as reactive power surplus and over-high voltage and so on are becoming more and more serious in some regional power grid. Reasons of reactive power surplus and over-high voltage in Guangxi regional power grid are analyzed from aspects of load characteristics, power gird structure, reactive power resources and equipment operation and so on. Measures are proposed including allocation of low voltage reactor in 220 kV substation, reasonable adjustment & allocation of capacitor allocation ratio in 220 kV and below power grid and application of dynamic reactive power compensation, which effectively improves the reactive power and voltage problems in Guangxi power grid.
