优质护理干预在无张力疝修补术患者中的应用分析

摘要
目的研讨无张力疝修补术患者接受优质护理模式指导的临床价值。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月在我院行无张力疝修补术的68例住院患者参与实验观察,按随机抽签法分为两组,Ⅰ组(n=34)接受一般性护理指导,Ⅱ组(n=34)接受优质护理指导,分析评估两组护理对患者的干预作用。结果 (1)两组护理对术后并发症统计结果的影响:与Ⅰ组患者比较,Ⅱ组患者在术后并发症的统计结果上明显减少,总并发症率为8.8%,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组护理对住院时间、服务满意度的影响:Ⅱ组相比Ⅰ组在住院时间方面显著缩短,在服务满意度方面显著提高,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在无张力疝修补术患者中开展优质护理指导是一种可行服务策略,对减少并发症发生、促进患者恢复、提升患者的服务体验均有明显帮助,值得推荐。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of patients with tension-free hernia repair under the guidance of quality nursing mode. Methods Sixty-eight inpatients who underwent tension-free hernia repair in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups according to random sampling. Group Ⅰ(n=34) received general care. Guidance, group Ⅰ(n=34) received quality care guidance, analysis and assessment of the intervention effect of the two groups of care on patients. Results(1) The effect of two groups of nursing on the statistical results of postoperative complications: Compared with the patients in group Ⅰ, the statistical results of postoperative complications were significantly reduced in group Ⅰ, and the total complication rate was 8.8%. Academic significance(P<0.05);(2) The effect of two groups of nursing on hospitalization time and service satisfaction: Compared with group Ⅰ, group Ⅰ was significantly shorter in hospitalization time, and significantly improved in service satisfaction, which was statistically significant.(P<0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing guidance in patients with tension-free hernia repair is a feasible service strategy, which is helpful for reducing complications, promoting patient recovery, and improving patient service experience. It is worth recommending.
