摘要
无机保温砂浆具有保温隔热性能好、耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、施工期短、可塑性强、施工方便、阻燃性能好等特点,从2010年开始逐渐成为外墙外保温的首选。但由于保温材料生产厂家的产品质量良莠不齐,施工操作过程中对工艺控制不到位,以及后期使用过程中人为产生的破坏等,使得很多外墙外保温系统都发生了空鼓、脱落现象。文章从建筑工程无机保温砂浆外墙外保温系统的空鼓原因入手,对后期无机保温砂浆外墙保温系统的修缮技术进行探讨,并提出控制措施,为相关施工、设计及科研提供参考。
The inorganic thermal insulation mortar has the features of good thermal insulation performance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, short construction period, strong plasticity, convenient construction and good flame-retardant performance, etc.; it has gradually become the first choice for external wall's thermal insulation since 2010. However, due to the uneven quality of insulation material manufacturers' products, inadequate control of the process during the construction operations and man-made damage during later use, many external wall insulation systems have experienced hollowing and detachment. Start from the hollowing reasons of inorganic thermal insulation mortar external wall's thermal insulation system in the construction project, this article discusses the repair technology of inorganic thermal insulation mortar external wall's thermal insulation system at the later stage; and proposes control measures to provide reference for relevant construction, design and scientific research.
