        This paper introduces the working principle and type selection requirements of ULTRAMAT23 gas analyzer, summarizes the selection and setting of parameters, common troubleshooting methods, matters needing attention in daily maintenance and calibration methods in the process of tail gas treatment in calcium carbide production, and puts forward maintenance measures and solutions for problems arising in production.
