摘要
通过红外光谱、扫描电镜(EDX)、烧蚀实验和对比电镜扫描等实验手段,确认了派力斯条纹的形成原因。借用国外淀粉型浸润剂的一些先进控制方法,应用于石蜡型浸润剂的生产和使用过程,解决了石蜡型无碱玻璃纤维布容易出现派力斯条纹的问题。
By means of infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy( EDX),ablation tests and comparative SEM,the formation of palace stripes in E-glass cloths was understood. The use of some foreign advanced controlling methods in the preparation and use of home-made paraffin sizing agent helped to solve the problem of easy formation of palace stripes in E-glass cloths containing paraffin sizing agent.
