摘要

医学院校附属医院党务人才队伍建设,是新时期充分发挥公立医院党委的领导作用、保障党建工作顺利开展的基础。聚焦当前医院专职党务干部队伍的状况,找不足,补短板,要把建设政治强、业务精、作风好的专职党务干部队伍作为重要任务来抓,管好、用活、激励党务干部,扎实推进做好医院意识形态工作。
        The construction of the contingent of Party personnel in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges and universities is the basis for giving full play to the leading role of Party committees in public hospitals in the new period and ensuring the smooth development of Party building work.Focusing on the current situation of full-time Party cadres in hospitals,finding shortcomings and making up for shortcomings,we should take the construction of a strong political,professional and good style of work as an important task,manage,employ and motivate Party cadres,and firmly promote hospital ideological work.
