摘要
无花果酒酒精度低,营养价值高,香味纯正,口感细腻、柔和,深受人们喜爱。家庭酿造无花果酒,工艺简单,不需要复杂的设备,产品口感好,有较强的实用性。文章提供了家庭酿造无花果酒的方法,以简单的方法制造出色泽、口味纯正,具有无花果中有益健康成分及药用功能的果酒。
Fig wine is of low accuracy, high nutritional value, pure flavor, delicate taste and soft taste. The family brewed fig wine is simple in technology and does not require complex equipment. The product has good taste and strong practicability. The article provides a method for the manufacture of fig wine. In a simple way,it produces fig liquor, which has good, tastes, healthy ingredients and the medicinal function of fig.
