客观结构化临床考试在“外科手术室无菌操作”考试中的应用研究

摘要
目的:探讨"外科手术室无菌操作"考试应用客观结构化临床考试(简称OSCE)的可行性和效果评价。方法:该实验项目考核根据课程内容及其操作过程设置5个考站,主要包括无菌操作前的准备、外科洗手、消毒铺巾、穿无菌手术衣、戴无菌手套等考核站,且每个考站都设置有统一的评分量表,最后汇总5站成绩为该实验项目的考核总成绩。结果:该OSCE方案能够充分激发学生的学习自觉主动性和系统学习各知识要点的能力,学生的外科无菌操作技能得到明显提高。结论:"外科手术室无菌操作"OSCE方案的改革,能够增强其实际操作能力,提高了学生的临床技能,而且每一项技能操作都有统一的评分标准,很大程度上避免了人为主观因素的影响,让学生更加熟练地掌握了外科无菌技术、操作规则及外科手术基本操作技术。
Objective: To explore the feasibility and effect of applying objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) in the examination of aseptic operation in surgical operation room. Methods: the test project was evaluated according to the course content and its operation process, which consisted of 5 test stations, including the preparation before the aseptic operation, the surgical hand washing, the disinfection of the towel, the aseptic operating clothes and the aseptic gloves. And each test station had a unified score scale, and the final 5 stations were collected as the experimental item. Objective to assess the total score. Results: the OSCE scheme can fully stimulate the students' ability to learn voluntarily and systematically learn the main points of knowledge, and the students' skills in surgical aseptic operation have been significantly improved. Conclusion: the reform of "aseptic operation in surgical operation room" OSCE scheme can enhance its practical ability and improve the students' clinical skills, and each skill operation has a unified scoring standard. To a great extent, it avoids the influence of human subjective factors and makes the students master the surgical aseptic technology more skillfully. Operation rules and basic surgical techniques.
