摘要
目前河南省水文局对下属所有水文站、水文巡测站安装视频和图片监控系统,目的是实现基本水文站和水文巡测站的实时动态监控,将水情及水文设施情况以视频或图片方式传送至后端服务器,便于各级领导和防汛工作人员直观了解现场情况并及时分析决策。
        At present,Henan Hydrological Bureau installs video and image monitoring system for all hydrological stations and patrol stations under its jurisdiction. The purpose is to realize real-time dynamic monitoring of basic hydrological stations and patrol hydrological stations. The situation of water regime and hydrological facilities is transmitted to the backend server by video or picture mode,so as to facilitate leaders at all levels and flood prevention workers to intuitively analyze the situation of the scene and to make decisions.
