摘要
为充分认识钢丝绳的张力特性,提高马兰煤矿提升系统的可靠性和安全性,利用仿真方法分别对卡罐、过卷、钢丝绳打滑3类故障下钢丝绳张力特性进行了研究。钢丝绳张力特性现场测试结果表明,仿真与实际较为吻合。通过研究提升故障中的钢丝绳张力特性,为钢丝绳生产和维护提供了理论支撑,有利于提高矿井提升系统运行的稳定性。
        In order to fully understand the tension characteristics of steel wire ropes and improve the reliability and safety of the lifting system of Malan Mine, the tension characteristics of steel wire ropes under three faults of cans, over-rolling and wire rope slipping were studied by simulation method. The field test results of the wire rope tension characteristics showed that the simulation was in good agreement with the actual situation. The studying of the tension characteristics of the wire rope in the fault provided theoretical support for the production and maintenance of the wire rope, which was beneficial to improve the stability of the operation of the mine lifting system.
