摘要
为了解决冷轧料酸轧工序轧制后外圈表面出现白点状缺陷的问题,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱对缺陷部位进行微观形貌和成分分析,并对比了焊缝拉轿对缺陷的影响。结果表明,缺陷处为铁基体,未检测到氧元素,过焊缝拉伸矫直机未投入时,观察轧机出口钢卷存在不同程度的白点斑状缺陷,过焊缝投入拉伸矫直机后,生产钢卷表面均未发现白点缺陷,通过合理设定拉矫延伸率可有效解决此问题。
In order to eliminate the defect of fish eye on the surface of outer ring of cold rolled material after pickling rolling process,its micro structure and component were analyzed with the metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum as well as the effects of straightening and withdrawing weld joint on the defect were compared. The results showed that the defect was the iron matrix and the oxygen was not detected. There were different degrees of fish eye and porphyritic defects on the steel coils at the outlet of tandem mill observed when passing the weld joint without the stretcher leveler,while the defects were not found on the surface of steel coils when passing the weld joint in the stretcher leveler,so the problem could be solved by setting reasonable elongation of straightening and withdrawing.
