摘要
海洋油气井在生产后期受经济效益和环保风险的影响,需要进行弃置作业。经过多年的开发,海洋油气井井口装置、井筒、管柱等完整性往往遭到破坏,如何科学的评价弃置井的完整性状态,已经成为现场工作者关注的焦点。文章对影响井筒完整性的因素进行分类并分析各因素的影响机理,在此基础上利用权重分析法定量计算各影响因素的权重,给出弃置井完整性分类表,建立海洋弃置井完整性评价方法。现场工作人员利用此评价方法对海洋弃置井进行评价验证,并根据评价结果制定相应的措施,消减弃置作业的风险,对现场具有较好的指导意义。
During the late production period,the offshore oil and gas wells are to be abandoned due to the economic benefits and environmental risks. The integrity of wellheads,wellbores,and pipe strings in offshore oil and gas wells are often destroyed after years of development. How to scientifically evaluate the integrity of the abandoned wells have become the focus of the site workers. In this paper,the influencing factors of the wellbore integrity are classified,the mechanism of the effects of various factors analyzed,the effects of each influence factor weighted,combined with the established the classification of abandoned well integrity table,the and a table of abandon well integrity classification is established, a corresponding evaluation method is set up. It has been used on site and counter measures are planned according to the evaluation results to alleviate any risks. It will be a guide for field job.
