摘要
单点系泊系统中,旋转接头由于设计难度大、制造工艺复杂以及密封性能要求高等特点,一直被国外公司作为核心技术而长期封锁,国内目前还没有自主设计制造的单点系泊旋转接头投产使用。鉴于此,根据单点系泊输油终端的功能需求总结了输油旋转接头的结构设计技术要求,并根据规范设计了一种单通道轴向旋转接头,对该旋转接头的结构型式进行了论证及壁厚计算;通过有限元分析计算了旋转接头结构所受应力及变形,验证了装置的本体结构所受应力小于其许用应力,轴承安装螺栓所受最大应力在其屈服强度范围内,密封间隙的最大变形量在密封件要求的范围内,从而有效地保证了旋转接头装置密封性能的可靠性;最后采用设计的旋转接头台架试验装置对旋转接头原型样机进行了旋转效用试验、静态密封试验和动态密封试验,试验中未出现密封泄漏,进一步验证了旋转接头结构设计的可靠性。该项研究提供了单点系泊旋转接头的设计与验证方法,对旋转接头的国产化应用具有一定的借鉴意义。
        In the single-point mooring system,owing to the difficult design,complicated manufacturing process and high sealing performance requirements,the swivel device has been blocked by foreign companies as a core technology for a long time. There is no single point mooring swivel device designed and manufactured in China to put into production. In view of this,according to the functional requirements of the single-point mooring oil terminal,the structural design technical requirements of the swivel device are summarized. A single-channel axial swivel device is designed according to the specification. The structure of the swivel device is discussed. The wall thickness is calculated. The stress and deformation of the swivel device structure are calculated by finite element analysis. It is verified that the stress on the body structure of the swivel device is less than the allowable stress. The maximum stress on the bearing bolt is within the yield strength range. The maximum deformation of the sealing gap is within the range required by the seal,thus effectively ensuring the reliability of the sealing performance of the swivel device. The swivel device testing bench is designed to test the prototype by conducting rotation function test,static seal test and dynamic sealing test,and no seal leakage was observed,which further verified the reliability of the swivel device structure design. This study provides a design and verification method for single-point mooring swivel device,which has certain reference significance for the localization application of swivel device.
