摘要
地下轨道工程建设中的风险具有多样性和多层次性,时间跨度大,动态变化大,管理难度大。针对南宁某地铁区间周边部分危楼建筑物风险处理的技术措施,经对比分析,采用洞内双排超前小导管施工方案,不仅经济实用,而且安全系数高,能满足周边建筑物沉降控制要求。
        Underground rail engineering is subject to diverse and hierarchical risks with long time span, large dynamic change and difficult management. In relation to the technical measures of risk control for some dangerous buildings near a metro interval in Nanning, it was found through comparison and analysis that the construction of double-row leading conduit in the tunnel was economical and practical, and has high safety factor. This scheme may meet the settlement control requirement of surrounding buildings.
