摘要

随着单价合同承包模式在我国铁路基本建设工程中的逐步推行,单价合同管理经验缺乏问题日益突出。在此行业背景下,以具有代表性的,全面采用单价合同的国家重点铁路示范项目——蒙华铁路在施工合同管理层面的创新实践为例,分析蒙华铁路施工合同特点,总结其单价合同管理的实践创新,为单价合同承包模式在铁路行业全面推行提供借鉴。
        With the gradual implementation of the unit price contracting model in China's railway infrastructure construction project,the lack of experience in unit price contract management has become increasingly prominent. Taking the innovative practice in construction contract management of Inner Mongolia-Jiangxi Railway as an example,the characteristics of the construction contract are analyzed. The practice innovation of the unit price contract management is summarized,and it provides reference for the comprehensive implementation of the unit price contract model in the railway industry.
