三氯生对斑马鱼微核率和核异常率的影响

摘要
为了探讨三氯生(TCS)对鱼类遗传毒性,通过半静态水质接触染毒法对斑马鱼进行染毒,设置对照组和三个不同浓度组(0.017 mg/L、0.034 mg/L、0.068 mg/L)的TCS处理组,染毒28 d后,测定斑马鱼外周血红细胞的微核率和核异常率。结果显示:TCS各处理组红细胞的微核率和核异常率显著升高(P<0.01),且随着TCS浓度的增大而增大,呈现一定的剂量-效应关系。以上结果表明:TCS对斑马鱼具有潜在的遗传毒性。
        To explore the genotoxicity of triclosan to fish, zebrafish were exposed to blank control and three different doses of triclosan solution(0.017 mg/L, 0.034 mg/L, 0.068 mg/L) by semi-static water contracting con-tamination method for 28 days. Then, we studied the effects of triclosan on blood erythrocytes micronucleus and nuclear anomalies rate in the zebrafish. It was showed that the micronuclei and nuclear anomalies were significant-ly increased with the increasing of triclosan concentration(P<0.01). In addition, there was a dose-effect relation-ship between triclosan dose and micronuclei, nuclear anomalies. These findings suggested that the triclosan had a potential genotoxicity on zebrafish.
