摘要

构建高校人才培养模式,有利于深化高等教育改革,促进高校提高教育教学质量和人才培养质量。学习借鉴国外海警院校人才培养模式,具有重要的现实意义。日本海上保安大学校(Japan Coast Guard Academy)是培养日本海上警察(海上保安官)的高等教育机构。本文主要阐释海上保安大学校的人才培养模式,分析其人才培养模式的特点,研究其可供借鉴的有益经验和启示。
        It is beneficial to deepen the reform of higher education and improve the quality of college education and teaching and talent training. It is of great practical significance to learn from the training mode of foreign police academies. The Japan Coast Guard Academy is an institution of higher education for the cultivation of Japanese maritime police(maritime security officer). This paper mainly explores the talent training mode of Japan Coast Guard Academy, analyzes the characteristics of its talent training mode, and studies its useful experience and inspiration for reference.
