犊骆驼口蹄疫母源抗体的测定及口蹄疫A-O-Asia Ⅰ型三价灭活疫苗首免日龄的确定

摘要
利用O、A型及亚洲Ⅰ型口蹄疫(FMD)抗体液相阻断ELISA检测试剂盒,参照试剂盒使用说明书通过测定20峰分娩母骆驼的FMD抗体合格率及其分娩的初生犊骆驼母源抗体在0,1,7,21,35,49和63日龄的抗体水平,摸清母源抗体的消长规律,确定犊骆驼的首免日龄,在首次免疫后15,30d采样检测FMD抗体水平。结果表明:母骆驼FMD的抗体水平以及犊骆驼是否能吃到初乳决定着犊骆驼母源抗体持续的时间;在1~7日龄犊骆驼的母源抗体水平达到最高峰,7日龄后,母源抗体水平逐渐衰减,并与日龄呈负相关;根据母源抗体持续时间,确定FMD A-O-AsiaⅠ型三价灭活疫苗免疫的最佳首免日龄为45日龄,首次免疫后15,30dFMD抗体水平逐渐上升。
        This study used O-type,type A and Asian typeⅠ-foot and mouth disease antibody blocking ELISA detection kit,referring to the instructions of the kit to determine maternal antibodies of 20 calf camels at 0,1,7,21,35,49 and 63days of age,to find out the growth and decline law of maternal antibody.The results showed that the antibody level of the parent camel antibody level determined the duration of the maternal antibody of the calf camel;the calf camel maternal antibody level reached a peak at 1to 7days,and the maternal antibody level gradually decreased after7 days of age,and maternal antibody level was a negative correlation with age;according to the duration of maternal antibody,the best date of initial immunity age for the foot-and-mouth disease AO-Asia-type trivalent inactivated vaccine is 45 days of age,antibody levels rise gradually at 15,30 days of age after the date of initial immunity.
