超声波雾化吸入给药法在犬支气管炎治疗中的疗效观察

摘要
为了探讨超声波雾化吸入给药法对犬支气管炎的治疗效果,试验将确诊为支气管炎的12只患犬随机分为对照组和试验组,每组6只,对照组患犬皮下注射给药,试验组患犬则使用超声波雾化器吸入给药,每天2次,对两组病犬的治愈率及治愈时间进行比较。结果表明:试验组的总有效率(83.3%)显著高于对照组(66.6%,P<0.05)。对照组患犬主要临床症状咳嗽、呼吸困难、肺部啰音消失的时间分别为(5.17±1.01) d、(4.94±1.03)d、(5.41±0.94) d;试验组患犬主要临床症状咳嗽、呼吸困难、肺部啰音消失的时间分别为(3.48±1.14) d、(3.30±1.20) d、(3.72±1.24) d,试验组患犬主要临床症状消失的平均时间与对照组组相比均显著降低(P<0.05)。说明超声波雾化吸入给药法可作为一种辅助治疗犬支气管炎的方法在临床上推广应用。
In this study, 12 dogs with bronchitis diagnosed were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 6 dogs in each group. The control group received subcutaneous injection of the dog, while the test group used ultrasonic atomizer to inhale the drug twice a day.And the cure rate and healing time of the two groups were compared. The results showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group(83.3%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.6%,P<0.05). The time of absence of the main clinical symptoms such as cough, breathing difficulties, lungs rale was(5.17±1.01) d,(4.94±1.03) d,(5.41±0.94) d in the control group and(3.48±1.14) d,(3.30±1.20) d,(3.72±1.24) d in the experimental group.The mean of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). It indicates that ultrasonic atomization inhalation can be used as an auxiliary treatment for canine bronchitis and should be widely used in clinic.
