金因肽治疗乳腺癌放射性皮炎的疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨金因肽治疗乳腺癌术后放射性皮炎的疗效。方法收集2016年7月至2018年6月期间在本院实施乳腺癌术后放射治疗并出现放射性皮炎Ⅱ级的患者38例,将其分为对照组和治疗组,各19例。治疗组患者将金因肽喷于受照射区域的皮肤,常规处理作为对照组。观察患者放射性皮炎的愈合及瘙痒症状缓解情况。结果本研究中38例Ⅱ级放射性皮炎患者均在完成放疗后2周内愈合,部分患者留有色素沉着,无患者因放射性皮炎而遗留瘢痕。金因肽治疗急性放射性皮炎与对照组比较缩短了Ⅱ级放射性皮炎的愈合时间,其中治疗组为平均(3.95±2.12)天,而对照组(6.58±1.92)天,同时治疗组患者受照射区域皮肤瘙痒症状明显较对照组轻微,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金因肽用于治疗乳腺癌放疗患者放射性皮炎能明显促进皮肤愈合,有效缓解患者皮肤瘙痒症状。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Jinyin peptide in the treatment of postoperative radiodermatitis of breast cancer. Methods 38 patients with grade Ⅱradiodermatitis for postoperative breast cancer were collected from July 2016 to June 2018 in our hospital. They were divided into the control group and the Jinyin peptide treatment group, with 19 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were sprayed with Jinyin peptide on the skin of the irradiated area, and routine nursing was used as control. To observe the healing of radiation dermatitis and relief of itching symptoms. Results In this study, all 38 patients with grade Ⅱ radiation dermatitis were healed within 2 weeks after the radiotherapy. Some patients had pigmentation, and no patients left scar due to radioactive dermatitis. The average healing time in the treatment group was(3.95±2.12) days, while in the control group it was(6.58±1.92) days. The skin pruritus in the treatment group was more slightly than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Jinyin peptide can significantly promote skin healing and relieve itching symptoms in patients with radiation dermatitis of breast cancer.
