早期护理干预对顺产后尿潴留的临床预防效果

摘要
目的研究早期护理干预对顺产后尿潴留的临床预防效果。方法取我科顺产后尿潴留患者100例,随机分研究组(早期护理干预)与对照组(常规护理)各50例,评估两组干预前后疼痛评分、尿潴留持续时间、分娩知识、干预效果与并发症率。结果干预后研究组较对照组疼痛评分低,尿潴留持续时间短,分娩知识掌握度高,并发症率低,有效率高,P<0.05(具统计学差异)。结论对顺产后尿潴留患者采用早期护理干预能有效缓解其疼痛感,降低并发症率,安全性高,值得借鉴。
Objective To study the clinical preventive effect of early nursing intervention on postpartum urinary retention. Methods 100 patients with urinary retention after delivery in our hospital were randomly divided into study group(early nursing intervention) and control group(conventional nursing), 50 cases, evaluation of pain score, urinary retention duration, childbirth knowledge, intervention before and after intervention. Effect and complication rate. Results After the intervention, the study group had lower pain scores, shorter duration of urinary retention, higher mastery of childbirth, lower complication rate, and higher efficiency than P<0.05(statistical difference). Conclusion Early nursing intervention for patients with postpartum urinary retention can effectively alleviate the pain, reduce the complication rate, and have high safety. It is worth learning.
