柳宝诒《惜余医案》诊治特色浅析

摘要
从治学、望诊、脉诊、伏气温病及杂病诊治等方面介绍柳宝诒《惜余医案》诊疗特色。柳氏临证师古不泥,善于开拓创新;临床重视望诊、脉诊,经验丰富;诊治伏气温病时,善用透托之法;诊治杂病,急则治标,缓则从本,立法严谨,组方灵活,用药炮制丰富,常一药多用,并且注重病人体质,因人制宜。
This paper mainly explained the diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics of LIU Bao-yi' Xiyu Medical Records from the aspects of scholarly research, inspection diagnosis, pulse diagnosis, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of insidious pathogen warm diseases and miscellaneous diseases. The clinical experience of doctor LIU summarized the previous knowledge but did not rigidly adhere to the article limits, and LIU was skillful in exploration and innovation; the clinical practice of the seasoned and experienced doctor LIU attached importance to inspection diagnosis and pulse diagnosis; LIU was good at using direct promoting method for treating insidious pathogen warm diseases; followed the therapeutic principles of symptomatic treatment in acute condition, radical treatment in chronic case, rigorous therapeutic methods, flexible drug compatibility, rich preparing process of drugs, and use of one drug for multiple purpose; and also laid emphasis on the physical constitution of patients and individuality-concerned treatment.
