王仲奇“时邪”类案赏析

摘要
王仲奇是近代新安医家的杰出代表,后人将其临床病案整理出版《王仲奇医案》。王仲奇治学广涉猎、兼取折中而自成一家。在时邪病证的治疗中,识证准确,首辨邪气之偏盛程度,再辨病变所属部位;治疗重视变证,做到未病先防。临证善用宣剂,以上、中、下三焦病位之不同,分别采用轻宣、宣化、宣通等治法,用药多芳香淡渗,使湿热邪气从三焦分解。文章结合三焦辨证特点对王仲奇治疗时邪的经验进行总结,以供同行参考。
WANG Zhong-qi was the remarkable represent of Xin'an medicine specialists in modern times.His clinical cases were put into a book called ‘WANG Zhong-qi Medical Record' by his descendant. WANG Zhong-qi had a broad range of study, and took a compromise and became a self. In the treatment of seasonal pathogen syndrome diseases, he identified accurately in the syndrome differentiation such as first distinguishing the degree of partiality of pathogenic qi, and then identifying the lesion belonging to the site. He emphasized on complication syndromes to achieve prevention before disease developing. He made good use of diffusing formula on clinical evidence. Aimed at different part of disease, diffusing method based on traditional Chinese medicine were used accordingly.Aromatic drugs were mostly used to make the dampness-heat break down from sanjiao.This text summarizes the experience of WANG Zhong-qi in treating seasonal pathogen, combined with the characteristics of syndrome differentiation of sanjiao theory, which can be referenced by relevant people.
