应用型本科教育内涵建设的理论与实践——以昆明理工大学城市学院为例

摘要
地方本科高校转型坚持走内涵式发展道路,成为适应经济发展新常态和技术技能人才成长成才的需要。昆明理工大学城市学院应用型本科教育经过八年的实践,着力强调内涵建设,主要以专业建设、课程建设、师资队伍建设、人才培养体系建设、质量评级标准建设为核心内容,初步形成"一个核心、两条主线、三个层次、四个环节、五项要求"的内涵结构和运行模式,推动"一体化"人才培养模式"五项措施",创新教学模式"五大模块",进一步构建了以职业岗位(群)为基础的"大平台+多模块"的应用型本科教育体系。这对主动对接和服务云南区域发展、全面提高人才培养质量、深化内涵建设,实现应用素质技能相统一,具有推广应用价值。
The transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities has adhered to the road of connotation development,which has led to the moment of necessity to adapt to the new normal of economic development and the growth of technical talents. In the past eight years of practice,the applied undergraduate education at City College of Kunming University of Science and Technology has been emphasizing its connotation construction which mainly focuses on professional construction,curriculum construction,teacher construction,personnel training system construction,and quality rating standards. It has initially formed the connotation structure and operation mode of "One Core,Two Main Lines,Three Levels,Four Links,and Five Requirements",promoting the"integrated"talent training mode of"Five Measures",and innovating the teaching mode of "Five Major Modules". It further constructs the applied undergraduate education system with distinctive educational characteristics based on the "big platform + multiple modules"of professional positions and groups. It is of great value to actively coordinate and serve the needs of regional development,industrial upgrading and urban construction in Yunnan province,and to improve comprehensively the quality of personnel training,deepenthe connotation construction,and achieve the unity of applied quality skills.
