摘要
目的开发放疗科综合管理系统(OIS),优化放射治疗流程,量化放疗过程中的相关信息,实现放疗的信息化和智能化。方法组建服务器-终端模式的信息化平台,增设综合管理系统工作站,将OIS与医院信息系统(HIS)、放射治疗计划系统(TPS)等进行集成,实现放疗科的信息采集、记录收费、信息传递等操作全部通过网络运作。结果该系统优化了放疗流程,改变了多个放疗系统间缺乏联系、信息散乱的现状,方便了医务人员对患者治疗情况的及时掌握。结论系统的应用提高了科室信息化管理水平,为利用大数据技术进行同质化放疗奠定了基础。
Objective To develop an integrated management system(OIS) in department of radiotherapy to optimize treatment flow and quantify the information in the course of radiotherapy,and realize information and intelligence of radiotherapy.Methods A server-terminal mode information platform was set up and the workstations of OIS were added.The system was integrated with HIS and TPS to realize all the operations online,such as information collection,recording fees,messaging and other operations in department of radiotherapy.Results The radiotherapy flow was optimized,and the problems due to miscommunication between multiple radiotherapy networks and scattered Information were solved.The system facilitated the radiologist and doctor to be aware of the patients' condition real-timely.Conclusion The integrated management system in department of radiotherapy promoted the information management level of the department,which laid a foundation for homogeneous radiation by using the advantage of big data technology.
