明日叶查尔酮制备方法与抗衰老作用研究进展

摘要
查尔酮是药食兼用植物明日叶中一类具有多种生物活性及药理活性的特殊黄酮类物质。综述了国内外明日叶中查尔酮类化合物的提取分离方法及抗衰老作用研究进展,介绍了衰老和抗衰老机理模型,以及抗衰老作用的研究方法,为明日叶查尔酮的进一步研究和利用提出了建议。
        Recognized as food and medicinal plant traditionally,Angelica keiskei Koidzumi(A. keiskei),of which the main compounds with bioactive and pharmacological effects are chalcones. In this paper,the recent advancements on the extraction,isolation methods and anti-aging effects of chalcones(AC)from A. keiskei were reviewed,and the research priorities and directions were proposed,aiming to provide reference for the exploitation and utilization of AC from A. keiskei.
