摘要
为探讨明日叶的免疫、抗炎活性,将明日叶的乙醇提取物(AKK)以不同剂量给小白鼠灌胃给药,检测其对小白鼠抗鸡红细胞抗体、免疫器官指数、二甲苯致耳肿胀、腹腔毛细血管通透性及蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀等指标的影响。结果表明,高剂量AKK组的抗体含量比空白组提高了131.58%;高剂量AKK使小鼠脾脏指数提高29.43%,而中、高剂量AKK使胸腺指数分别提高了56.22%和51.74%;中、高剂量AKK均能显著降低二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀程度以及醋酸引起的腹腔毛细血管通透性;以含有0.5%AKK的饲料饲喂大白鼠7 d可显著抑制50%蛋清所致的足跖肿胀。提示明日叶具有提高机体体液免疫及抗炎的功能。
        The immunity and anti-inflammatory activities of alcoholic extract from Angelica keiskei Koidz. were studied. The AKK was intragastric administrated to mouse with different dose. The antibody for chicken red cell,immune organ index,xylene caused swelling of ear,belly cavity capillary permeability and albumen caused rat voix pedis swelling were detected. The results showed that compared with the blank group,the antibody of high dose AKK group increased 131.58%; The spleen index of high dose AKK group rised 29.43%,and the thymus index rised respectively 56.22% and 51.74% in high and middle dose AKK group.The ear swelling caused by xylene and the belly cavity capillary permeability were also suppressed by high and middle dose AKK.The rats fed with forage adding 0.5% AKK during 7 days,the voix pedis swelling was significantly inhibited. AKK had the function for enhancing humoral immunity and anti-inflammatory.
