新工科建设背景下化学工程与工艺专业应用型人才培养方案修订的探讨

摘要
随着世界经济全球化的加速,化工行业也在不断变化,迫切需要综合素质高的工程科技人才。本文先以湘潭大学化学工程与工艺专业为例概述了在人才培养方案方面执行所取得的效果以及地方院校存在且需要解决的问题,然后通过问卷调查和座谈会等获得社会与企业对专业人才在知识、能力、素质等方面的需求,指导新工科建设背景下如何进行应用型人才培养方案的修订。
The chemical industry is changing with the acceleration of globalization of world economy, consequently, engineering talents with high comprehensive quality are desperately needed. This paper firstly summarizes the obtained results in the talent training program taking the specialty of chemical engineering and technology in Xiangtan University and the existed problems in local colleges and universities, and then the requirements for society and enterprises on the knowledge, ability and quality of professional talent are proposed after questionnaire survey and conversazione, which guides the revise of applied-type talent training revise program under the establishing emerging engineering education.
