摘要
韶钢1215MS低碳高硫易切削钢产品存在凹坑、开裂、翘皮等质量缺陷.运用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段对缺陷试样进行了观察和分析.结果表明:铸坯卷渣、裂纹、气泡是造成材料质量缺陷的主要原因.通过调整炼钢工艺、准确控制精炼出站自由氧含量、改进保护渣理化性能等工艺措施,质量投诉率明显降低,产品质量显著提升.
        There are quality defects such as pits,cracks and peeling in low carbon high sulfur free cutting steel 1215 MS products made by SGIS. Defective samples were observed and analyzed by means of metallurgical microscope,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the material quality defects are mainly caused by the billet rolling slag,cracks,and bubbles. By adjusting the steel-making process,accurately controlling the free oxygen content and improving the physicochemical properties of the slag,the quality complaint rate has been significantly reduced,and the product quality has been significantly improved.
