摘要

现代学徒制是校企合作以学校教师与企业师傅联合传授,培养符合区域经济转型升级需要的技术技能型创新人才。分析了现代学徒制对服装专业教学改革的现实意义及实施过程中存在的一些问题,重点探讨了改革对策:激励校企合作;招生学徒和招工就业采取双向选择;组建"双导师"教学团队;构建科学合理的评价体系,为提高服装专业的教学质量提供一定的参考。
        Modern apprenticeship is school-enterprise cooperation.School teachers and corporate masters jointly teach and train skilled and innovative talents,to meet the needs of regional economic restructuring and upgrading. This article analyzes the realistic meaning of modern apprenticeships in the teaching reform of clothing majors and some problems in their implementation. Focused on reform strategy to encourage cooperation between schools and enterprises, enrollment apprenticeship and recruitment and employment take two-way choice,set up a "dual tutor" teaching team. Constructing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system to provide a certain reference for improving the quality of clothing professional teaching.
