摘要
缬氨酸(Val)是支链氨基酸,是猪必需氨基酸之一,其在物质代谢调控和信息传递等方面扮演着重要角色。缬氨酸应用范围广,在饲料添加剂、调味剂和保健品等产品中均有应用。该文重点阐述缬氨酸在猪生产中的营养价值及使用思路,给出不同阶段猪饲料中的适宜添加范围。
