基于ERP的医院财务管理系统风险智能评估方法

摘要
当前医院财务管理系统风险评估方法存在评估结果与实际值误差大、评估过程的可调节性差、评估能耗高的问题,提出基于ERP的医院财务管理系统风险智能评估方法。对医院财务管理系统风险评估要点进行分析,判定医院财务管理系统风险识别清单。依据医院财务管理系统风险评估要点分析结果和医院财务管理系统风险识别清单的确定,构建医院财务管理系统风险评估模型。定义医院财务管理系统中能够产生危害的事件,并计算与危害事件有关的ERP模块发生危险的概率和某时刻与每种威胁相应的脆弱点集合内至少存在一个点被利用的概率。将医院财务管理ERP业务运行过程中,信息生成的威胁引入危险发生概率计算中,得到威胁事件生成的概率,并以此获取风险后果评估值。利用风险后果评估值中医院财务管理系统某威胁事件的相对影响值,计算最终的医院财务管理ERP项目风险评估值。实验表明,该方法评估结果与实际值误差度平均为2.43%,评估过程的可调节性能强,评估能耗低。
At present,the risk assessment method of hospital financial management system has large error in evaluation result and actual value,poor adjustability of evaluation process and high evaluation of energy consumption.An ERP-based risk assessment method for hospital financial management system is proposed.Analyze the risk assessment points of the hospital financial management system and determine the risk identification list of the hospital financial management system.According to the analysis results of the risk assessment points of the hospital financial management system and the determination of the risk identification list of the hospital financial management system,the risk assessment model of the hospital financial management system is constructed.Defining events that can cause hazards in the hospital's financial management system,and calculating the probability that the ERP module associated with the hazard event is at risk and at least one point in the set of vulnerable points corresponding to each threat at a time is utilized.In the process of hospital financial management ERP business operation,the threat generated by information is introduced into the risk occurrence probability calculation,and the probability of threat event generation is obtained,and the risk consequence evaluation value is obtained.Using the risk impact assessment value of the relative impact value of a threat event in the hospital financial management system,calculate the final hospital financial management ERP project risk assessment value.Experiments show that the error between the evaluation result and the actual value of the method is 2.43% on average,the adjustable performance of the evaluation process is strong,and the evaluation energy consumption is low.
