管遵惠益脑十六穴治疗慢性脑供血不足临床经验探析

摘要
介绍管遵惠教授运用"益脑十六穴"治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床经验与施术特色。管遵惠教授根据中医经络体系理论与现代医学大脑皮层定位系统的应用,提出了"益脑十六穴"的治疗方法。该法取穴选用"囟门前三针""枕骨后三针""头颞左三针""头颞右三针""巅顶四神针",理论上衷中参西,融合汇通,随症配穴,手法上施以小幅度的捻转控制感传,直达病所,从而达到使患者全面康复的目的。
This paper introduces the clinical experience and characteristics for the treatment of chronic cerebral circulatory insufficiency by 'sixteen acupoints for nourishing brain' from professor GUAN Zun-hui. GUAN Zun-hui puts forward the method of 'sixteen acupoints for nourishing brain' according to the theory of channel system and the modern medical cerebral cortex positioning system. The method uses the 'three needlingbefore the fontanel', 'three needling after occipital', 'three needling of left head', 'three needling of right head' and the 'four pins on the top', which combines traditional Chinese and western medicine for selecting acupoints based on syndromes. The needling manipulation is to control sense with slight twist, in order to reach the focal location and achieve the purpose of comprehensive rehabilitation.
