褚玉霞从卵巢储备功能减退的调治谈治未病经验

摘要
褚玉霞教授认为在卵巢储备功能减退的调治应谨守病机,常采用补肾填精,调补冲任;疏肝解郁,宁心安神;行气活血,疏通冲任等治法,必要时衷中参西,优势互补,并重视"治未病",祛除诱发因素,重视实验室检查,养生防病,做到未病先防;既病防变,首重月经的恢复;愈后采取合理的中医药调养及康复保健措施,瘥后防复。
Professor CHU Yuxia believes we should pay attention to pathogenesis of DOR.She often uses these methods,such as replenishing kidney essence,benefiting Chong Channel and Conception Channel,dispersing stagnated liver Qi for relieving Qi stagnation,calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind,activating Qi and promoting blood circulation,removing Chong Channel and Conception Channel′s obstruction,combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,etc.We should attach importance to Chinese disease prevention theory.We can prevent disease before it is done by removing the trigger factor,attaching importance to laboratory inspection and keeping in good health prevention.We can prevent DOR from exacerbating by regulating menstruation first.We can prevent the recurrence of DOR by reasonable rehabilitation and rehabilitatin measrures for traditional Chinese medicine.
