基于数据挖掘的针刺治疗变应性鼻炎选穴规律探讨

摘要
目的运用数据挖掘技术分析国内现代临床针刺治疗变应性鼻炎的选穴规律,为临床治疗提供参考。方法通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方和维普数据库收集2007年1月1日～2017年12月31日国内近10年临床针刺治疗此病的相关文献,建立针刺处方数据库,运用IBM SPSS Modler 14.0进行网络图及关联规则(Apriori)分析,分析腧穴选用规律。结果共纳入文献84篇,针刺处方127条,选用腧穴49个,腧穴使用总频788次,以手阳明大肠经、督脉、足太阳膀胱经腧穴应用频率最高,依次为27.3%、24.5%、15.2%;Apriori分析显示综合支持度最高的穴位组合是迎香、上星、印堂、上迎香、合谷、风池。结论针刺治疗变应性鼻炎,多采用局部取穴,取其近治作用,多取阳经穴位,注重特定穴的运用,尤其是交会穴。
Objective To analyze the law of acupoint selection by acupuncture in the treatment of alergic rhinitis based on data mining, providing reference for modern clinical practice. Methods Related papers, on acupuncture in the treatment of the disease, from January 1~(st), 2007 to December 31~(st), 2017, were retrieved via China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), Wanfang Database and Chongqing Vip Database. Thus database of acupoint prescriptions was built, for analyzing the acupoint law of acupuncture selection by using IBM SPSS Modler 14.0 for the network graph and apriori analysis. Results A total of 84 papers were selected, in which there were with 127 acupuncture prescriptions and 49 acupoints with a total frequency of 788 times. The hand yangming large intestine channel, Du channel, and the foot shaoyang gallbladder channel were frequently used, the frequency of which were successively 27.3%, 24.5% and 15.2%; The apori analysis showed that Yingxiang(LI 20), Shangxing(GV 23), Yintang(GV 29), Shangyingxiang(EX-HN8), Hegu(LI4) and Fengchi(GB20) had the highest support rate. Conclusion Local acupoints were usually used for the treatment of alergic rhinitis. As for its near therapeutic effect, Yang meridian was more used and the specific acupoints were more emphasised, especially the intersection acupoints.
