系统护理干预在康复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的探讨康复期精神分裂症患者采用系统护理干预的效果及对服药依从性和社会功能的影响。方法选取2015年8月至2016年8月在本院接受康复治疗的精神分裂症患者68例,将其随机等分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者予以常规精神科护理干预,研究组患者给予系统护理干预。比较两组患者的SCL-90评分、对患者服药依从性的影响以及社会功能情况。结果研究组患者的SCL-90评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组服药依从性明显好于对照组(P<0.05);干预后研究组患者社会功能方面的情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在康复期精神分裂症患者药物治疗的基础上,应用系统护理干预的方法能够更加有效地改善患者的精神状况,改善精神分裂症患者的服药依从性,使患者能够配合治疗,提高患者在社会功能方面的评分,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of systematic nursing intervention and its influence on drug compliance and social function in patients with schizophrenia during convalescence. Methods The sixty-eight patients with schizophrenia treated with rehabilitation in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were randomly and equally divided into study group and control group. The control group were given the routine psychiatric nursing intervention treatment while the study group were treated with systematic nursing intervention. the SCL-90 score,drug compliance and social function between the two groups were carefully observed and studied. Results The SCL-90 score of the study group was apparently lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05).The drug compliance of the study group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Social function of the study group systematically intervened was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Based on the drug treatment for patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation,the application of systematic nursing intervention proved to be more effectively helpful to the mental health of the patients. The improvement of the medication compliance of patients with schizophrenia was believed to be helpful to make the patients more cooperative during the treatment and to improve the patients' social function life. It's apparently an application worthy of wide popularizing.
