肿瘤生物标志物检验中化学发光免疫法的应用探讨
摘要
目的探究分析肿瘤生物标志物检验中化学发光免疫法的应用效果。方法从2016年12月-2018年12月我院收治的原发性肝癌患者(实验组)和健康体检者(对照组)中各抽选49例,对两组受检者均采取化学发光免疫法进行肿瘤生物标志物检验,对比两组检验结果。结果实验组CEA、CA125、铁蛋白、AFP、CA199等水平均明显高于对照组,t=9.06、9.84、25.28、14.75、28.84,P=0.00、0.00、0.00、0.00、0.00。结论在肿瘤生物标志物检验采取化学发光免疫法检验结果比较明确,值得临床推广。
