摘要
通过示踪追踪等方法,系统分析了北方某钢厂采用160吨BOF→Ar Blowing→CC生产工艺生产的Q195钢中氧、氮和非金属夹杂物类型、尺寸、数量、分布、变化历程的变化。结果表明,铸坯平均T[O]为118×10~(-5),[N]为35×10~(-5),显微夹杂平均含量为18.49个/mm~2,以CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-MnO-TiO_2为复合夹杂为主,尺寸在2.5~10.0μm之间;所有夹杂物中含钢包渣污染物的约占41%,含中间包渣污染物的约占33%,含结晶器保护渣污染物的约占18%。钢包顶渣、中间包渣吸附夹杂能力不够,出钢过程中应加钙铝酸盐基渣洗料对钢包顶渣改质,增强其吸附夹杂物的能力,并将脱氧合金化后的2 min氩气大吹去掉,避免钢液面裸露,同时将8 min的静吹时间延长为10~12 min,促进夹杂物的上浮。
        By the tracking method and other analyrical methods, the type, quantity, origin, distribution of non-metallic inclusions and oxygen and nitrogen content in Q195 steel produced in BOF →Ar Blowing →CC process were studied.The results show that T[O] content on average in casting billet is 78.6 ×10~(-5),[N] content on average is 35×10~(-5) and the content of micro-inclusions is 18.49 /mm~2. The type of micro-inclusions is SiO_2-Al_2O_3-MnO-TiO_2-MnS, whose particle size is between 2.5 μm and 10 μm. In all inclusions, the contaminants containing ladle slag is about 41%, the contaminants containing tundish slag is about 33%, the contaminants containing mold fluxes slag is about 18%. The capacity of adsorption inclusions of ladle slag and tundish slag is not enough, calcium aluminate-based slag washing ladle slag should be added in tapping process to enhance its ability to adsorb inclusions, and the process of blowing argon gas for 2 min after deoxidized alloying was cancelled to avoid the steel surface exposed, while static blowing time of 8 min is extended to 10~ 12 min to promote inclusion floating.
